Delivery Information

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days of payment confirmation.

Delivery usually takes place within 7–9 working days of the order being placed. Delivery times are approximate and cannot be guaranteed, as they may vary depending on the destination, the time of year, or circumstances beyond our control.

Deliveries are made via selected courier services in Italy and, where relevant, internationally.

Shipping costs are displayed during the payment process before the order is confirmed.

Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive tracking information where possible.

We are not liable for delays attributable to the courier service or circumstances beyond our control; however, we undertake to assist in resolving any issues relating to delivery.

Should delivery fail for reasons attributable to the customer (e.g. incorrect address or repeated absence), the customer may be charged for any additional costs incurred.
