Returns and Refund Policy

In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Protection Act), the customer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

To exercise their right of withdrawal, the customer must send an email to our customer service team, stating the order number and indicating their intention to return the goods.

The goods must be returned undamaged, unused, complete with all parts and in their original packaging.

The customer bears the cost of the return, except in the case of defective or faulty goods.

The refund will be issued within 14 days of the right of withdrawal being exercised, via the same payment method used for the purchase, and under no circumstances before the returned goods have been received and inspected.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned goods are damaged, have been used, or are missing essential parts.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products or sealed goods which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and have been opened after delivery.
